Summer's students would all be receiving a message that morning, with regards to their class, one you could practically hear the sigh and the eyeball that accompanied it like a whole ass mood:

Hey guys!

Sorry for the late notice, but I'm being RUDELY extorted by a different version of myself that really needs to gtfo her power trip this morning 💕💕💕 gotta go deal with that real quick but hopefully, hey, silver lining! I'll have some fun interdimensional versions of self stories to share next week!

But in short? Today's lesson? Don't let the man get you down. Especially when that man is a different dimensions version of yourself that needs to be taken down a few pegs 🙃🙃🙃

There were deep fryers at everybody's station today, full of oil and already ready to go.

So hopefully this didn't end in tears. Raiden was prepared to spend today on high alert for the need to go to his students' aid.

"I think we can all agree that one of the potato's finest destinies is to be fried," Raiden told his students, "So today we're going to make french fries. Now, can you just cut up some potatoes, throw 'em in the oil, salt them when they come out, and have something delicious to eat? Of course you can! But a few extra steps will make them even better. Now, if you don't want to deal with a giant pot of hot oil--perfectly understandable, know your limits--you can always make oven fries! So let's get to cooking, the sooner we can get to arguing over which sauce is best to dip your fries in. Remember, there are no wrong answers!...okay, there are probably some wrong answers, but I can't think of them right now."

“I hope you enjoyed your trip,” Stark said. Even if nobody had been eaten by sharks, Stewart.

“Since we did tropical cupcakes before we went away I thought we'd try something a little different. Wouldn't want to just repeat myself.”

Like by teaching a cupcake class again, Stark?

“I thought about rum cupcakes but that was a bit close to the what we had already done. So today we're going for a very classic theme you can take all sorts of ways. Today we're working with chocolate!”

Behold the counter full of dark chocolate, milk chocolate, cocoa powder, semi sweet and bittersweet chocolates, white chocolate, ruby chocolate, chocolate liquors, chocolate bars, chocolate chips, chocolate covered fruits and nuts and espresso beans…basically any chocolate you might want to bake with was here.

“So make your best chocolate cupcakes and we'll vote on them. Your sharks won last time, Stewart.” Awkward.

“Adding coffee can really enhance the chocolate flavor, if you like that sort of thing.”
