Hero Management- Monday- Period 3- Class #1
It was Hermione's first day teaching.
It was a little intimidating.
Still, she was trying not to look intimidated, especially when this was a subject where she definitely knew what she was talking about. All she had to do was remind herself that she was in charge, and act authoritative. That part at least wasn't hard at all.
"Welcome to Hero Management. My name is Hermione Granger. You may call me Miss Granger," she started. 'Professor' didn't seem to fit in this situation and she wasn't about to let her students call her by her first name. "If you didn't read the class description when you signed up, or if perhaps you were signed up accidentally, this class is going to deal with how to manage being part of a hero's support system. If you've been in Fandom for any amount of time, you know that there are people who have important destinies, or who end up at the forefront of crises. This doesn't apply to most of us, but that doesn't mean there's nothing we can do to help. One of my best friends defeated the greatest Dark Wizard of our time at the age of seventeen. I won't say standing behind him was always fun or easy, but when he needed help, I wanted to do what I could for him. So for the next seven weeks, you're going to learn some things that will allow you to help out the best you can. And if by some chance you're one of the hero types taking this class, maybe you can pick up some pointers yourself."
"Now," she said, "the first week is usually all about introductions, which is exactly what we're going to do today. I want you to go around the room and introduce yourselves, along with the reason why you're taking this class. Let's start with you."
