"Okay, guys, I've been noticing the occasional absence, so we're going to have a review period covering all prior class subjects. So, ask any questions you've got. If you're worried about absences or want extra credit, please see me after class."

OOC: My focus today has to be on RL and getting two days' worth of work made up while not falling behind on today's work, so slowplay is the order here. But I'll be around, during my lunch break, if nothing else. ~~Also, wait for the OCD threads, OMG!~~ Go post, they're up.

Angel did what he could to review the things that had been covered while he was still healing from the poison.

"Hey, Angel," said Jenny. "How're you feeling?"

"Pretty good," Angel said. "Still trying to take it easy to be on the safe side, but at least I can go to class and enjoy - um - time with my friends."

There might have been a throat clearing and a change of subject in the middle of that last sentence.

"Yeah, keeping yourself safe? Pretty much a good idea there," said Jenny. "You missed a quiz, but you can ~~totally handwave that if you want~~ make that up after you've had time to get back up to speed on everything."

Jenny might have grinned with amusement there. But only a little.

"Oh, thanks," Angel said. "Should I ~~handwave~~ take it now?"

"If you want, yeah. Lemme pull out an extra copy for you." Jenny rummaged through a folder in her laptop case and came out with a copy of the quiz with Angel's name marked in purple ink at the top. "I figured you'd need this eventually." She grinned at him.

Angel frowned and took his time with the test, ultimately getting a low 80.

For extra credit he put down liking any parts where ~~Leia~~ the princess kicked ass. Mostly because he was into girls that did that.

Anakin read through the pile of material he had missed due to his trip home.

He didn't look happy, but it probably wasn't related to having to play catch-up.

Every time he glanced over at where Rory was sitting, the muscles in his jaw clenched.

"Hey, Anakin, good to see you back," said Jenny. "You can wait to take the quiz 'til you've had time to catch up. ~~Or handwave it if you want.~~"

"I'm ready now," Anakin said, and spent the rest of the class writing out his answers.

OOC: Great, great answers. :)

Rory immersed herself in scrutinizing her text and making notes.

Researching was as natural as breathing. And better to concentrate on that than think about what had happened.
