Basic and Thaumaturgical Forensics - Wednesday, Period Four - 7/15
The Danger Shop had been transformed for this class; it now resembled nothing so much as a New Amsterdam alleyway, a little dirty, largely dark, and somewhat foreboding.
"Welcome to today's class. As your syllabus said, today we are studying the crime scene. While my current position means that I usually come to the scene after the police have already done quite a lot of work, you will not always be so lucky.
"So... your first job is to find the body. Your second is to notice as many pieces of information as possible, and your last is to figure out, from the clues left to you, what your next step should be. I would like you to work in teams; help each other, try and find someone with a different skillset from you, or someone who might pick up what you wouldn't think of."
[ocd up, sorry this is up so late!]

Maybe she should have actually looked at the evidence first before forming a theory.
Re: Listen/Talk
"That sounds like a good theory! Now we just have to go in there and actually collect evidence and stuff. Like maybe the body has a wallet missing or something?" Momoko smiled back.

"Ah! That is a really cute purse! Who is it? It looks like armor!" She reached out a hand to touch the outside. Hopefully she wouldn't cut herself?

She took a step back and looked at Harper's outfit. "Are you wearing something else of yours now?"

Find the Body
The body was, for those who'd be looking, actually on the second story of the working fire escape. More people need to look up.
Use this post to discuss ideas, find a partner, etc.
Re: Find the Body
...it still took her a few minutes to decide to look up. Once she saw the body, she started towards the working fire escape.
Re: Find the Body
Professor Gibbs would be proud of her: she was wearing gloves!
Examine the Body
One hand is closed, the other is splayed wide. The face is relatively untouched and there are no obvious marks on the body, even though the man is dead. His face, however, is in a rictus of fear.
Check the body, perhaps check out the area for clues considering how the body is found, etc.
Next Steps?
Discuss, start, etc.

Feel free to make up random details and work off of what I put up. If I'm not very interactive, my apologies. I feel of ugggh.

Re: OOC
Re: OOC
I will not be too interactive until later or tomorrow as I was doing the work of three people today and I am wiped.
