Basic Questing! Wednesday, Period Four
Surprisingly enough, class was not in the Danger Shop today, but rather the ordinary classroom.
"Last week," Thor began, "although at times some quick thinking was called for, your quest mainly relied on physical ability to complete it. This week, we're going to shift our focus from the physical to the mental. Often times during the course of a quest, you will be called upon to solve some sort of riddle or puzzle before you can progress any further. So today I have prepared for you a series of riddles to test the mind." Not that he'd been the one to come up with said riddles. No, that was what he had a TA for. "Of course," he shrugged, "it's highly unlikely that if you ever undertake a quest, you'll encounter these exact riddles, so knowing the correct answer isn't so much the point as... being able to think logically through a problem." He wasn't going to mention that in his own adventures, he'd usually left the riddle-answering to Loki (you know, back when the two of them had been nigh unseperable) or Sif. "So go on and get to it!"
